RULES ROMAN AND ITALIAN
The “Roman and Italian”
staff welcome you and
thank you for your
choice.
The direction kindly
request you to observe
some simple rules to
guarantee you and to
ensure other guests a
pleasant and enjoyable
stay.
If any rules will not
followed, we reserve the
right to withdraw from
our contract.
- Check-out
is before 10.00 am. The
observance of this
check-out time means
give a good service
to all guests. We
please you to leave
your keys in your
door/room.
- If you want your
room touched up,
please leave the
room by 10:00 am;
the cleaning lady
works from 10:00 am
to 12 am. (No
obligation)
- Do not use the
guest room for
purposes other than
sleeping , eating
and drinking.
- Do not smoke
in the whole
structure.
- For your own
security, it is
roundly forbidden to
bring visitors
inside the
structure.
- Do not attempt
to jump over the
windows.
- Do not bring
in items such as
animals and birds (except
for seeing-eye dogs),
offensive smelling
items, illegally
owned guns and
swords, gasoline ,
explosives,
inflammable items ,
or bulky objects.
- Do not wash your
clothes in the
bathroom’s washbasin.
- We do not answer
for inattended
objects left in the
whole structure and
in your room (when
unproperly locked).
So, please, use the
keys to lock your
room.
- For all guests
security, make sure
yourself to close
well the in door
everytime you leave
or come back in the
structure.
- Do not annoy
other guests by
making loud noises
between 10 pm and 9
am, and since this
is a residential
building, please be
considerate to
tenants and keep
quite in the
hallways or lobby,
and on stairs.
- Minors are not
allowed to stay in
this guest house
without the consent
of their parents or
guardians.
- Please, let the
management know
the exact time of
your arrival in the
“ Roman and Italian ”
, except for
unforeseen events.
Besides, let the
management know
the exact time of
your departure (anyway,
the check-out time
must be before 10.00
am)
